Thank you for shopping with Mazzify via our website and mobile application. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled on our ecommerce marketplace platform.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

1.1 Before Order Dispatch (Physical Products)

Customers may request cancellation:

  1. Before the order is dispatched/shipped.
  2. Through their account dashboard or by contacting support.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

1.2 After Dispatch

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  2. Customers must follow the Refund & Return Policy after delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless cancellation is due to platform or vendor error.

1.3 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  1. Digital products,subscriptions,services cannot be cancelled once purchased.
  2. Orders for digital products are final once access is granted.
  3. No cancellations for change of mind.

2. Cancellation by Mazzify

Mazzify reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  1. Product unavailability
  2. Pricing errors
  3. Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  4. Payment verification failure
  5. Vendor inability to fulfill order
  6. Violation of platform policies

In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

3. Vendor-Initiated Cancellation

If a vendor cancels due to:

  1. Stock unavailability
  2. Logistics issues

The customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.

Repeated vendor cancellations may result in penalties under the Vendor Agreement.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  1. Customers refusing COD delivery may have COD privileges restricted.
  2. Repeated order refusals may lead to account suspension.
  3. Platform reserves the right to require advance payment for future orders.

5. Refund After Cancellation

If cancellation is approved:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days.
  2. Refund method may include:
  3. Mazzify Wallet

Transaction fees (if any) may be deducted.

6. No Cancellation in Certain Cases

Cancellation requests will not be accepted for:

  1. Customized or personalized products
  2. Perishable goods
  3. Promotional/clearance items (unless defective)
  4. Orders marked as “Final Sale”
