This Seller Commission Policy explains how commissions and related charges are applied to vendors selling products on the Mazzify marketplace platform.
By registering as a vendor and listing products on Mazzify, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Mazzify operates as a multivendor marketplace. Vendors are allowed to sell products on the platform while Mazzify charges a commission fee on each successful order.
• Commission is charged per completed order.
• The commission is automatically deducted before vendor payout.
• Commission rates may vary depending on the product category, promotional participation, or special agreements.
The applicable commission rate will be visible in the vendor dashboard or seller agreement.
Commission will only be applied when:
• The order is successfully delivered to the customer.
• The order is not cancelled or returned.
• The order is completed without dispute.
If a product is returned or refunded according to the platform policy, the commission may be adjusted or reversed where applicable.
Commission is deducted automatically during order settlement.
The following process applies:
In addition to standard commission, vendors may optionally choose paid services such as:
• Featured product promotions
• Advertising placements
• Sponsored listings
• Platform marketing campaigns
These services may carry separate fees, which will be clearly communicated before activation.
Shipping and logistics charges depend on the order configuration set by the platform.
• For successful delivered orders, the customer pays the shipping charges as displayed during checkout.
• Vendors are not charged shipping costs for successfully completed orders.
• If an order is returned, refunded, or undelivered due to customer refusal, the return shipping or reverse logistics cost may be deducted from the vendor’s earnings, depending on the circumstances.
• In cases where the return occurs due to vendor fault (wrong item, defective product, incorrect listing), the vendor will bear the return shipping and refund costs.
• If the return occurs due to customer preference (change of mind), the platform will review the case and determine responsibility according to the Return & Refund Policy.
Mazzify reserves the right to update or modify commission rates based on:
• Market conditions
• Platform operational costs
• Category performance
• Vendor agreements
Any commission changes will be communicated to vendors through:
• Vendor dashboard notifications
• Email notifications
• Updated policy announcements
To maintain marketplace integrity, Mazzify may:
• Investigate suspicious transactions
• Reverse commission for fraudulent orders
• Deduct penalties for policy violations
Orders found to involve fraud, abuse, or manipulation may be cancelled and earnings withheld.
All vendors must comply with:
• Platform policies
• Product authenticity requirements
• Customer service standards
Failure to comply may result in:
• Commission penalties
• Account suspension
• Vendor account termination
